The father got custody of his 2 kids after petitioning the court 3 sepperate times trying to get his child support lowered never once asked a word about his kids. So he then decided to ask for custody of his kids & was granted custody 4 months ago. We have not been allowed to see the kids till yesterday. When his grandmother went to give the 7 year old a bath she noticed he had bruises on the back of his legs the also on his butt so he was asked was he given a spanked & he said yes his daddy spanked him ALOT & he begged him to stop that it hurt & he wouldn't stop & told DCFS lady after they were called & DCFS told us not to send them back after he also told her that his step Mon also slapped him all the time across his face. DCFS lady after saying do not return them & She went outside & made a phone call & said that we had to send them back that since the 7 year old had not reported this to anyone & the bruises are healing now. This makes me question who was called as his mother is Retired from DCFS. WONDERING WHAT CAN BE DONE AS THE DAD IS A KNOWN STEROID USER AS HE ALSO IS A COMPETITION WEIGHT LIFTER.
