I had to turn both parents into Flordia cps for not working and drug abuse That file was never closed my son has tested clean but unknown if the mother and her ,4th boyfriend has
I think the best thing you can do is contact CPS in the county and state where the children are IF you have credible evidence that the children are being abused. You may also want to consult with an attorney to see if you can file for grandparent rights in order to get visitation with the children. This is not an easy task, but since you lived with the children for awhile and have a bond with the children, you may have a chance.
Always remember. The issue is the best interests of the children. You should not let your issues with the mother be the reason you do take any actions. Too often people use children as a tool to get back at other family members. I am not making accusations, but trying to offer some perspective.
