I was 14 years old was charge with 2 counts of agg childmolestion. & ga & 2005. They-made me plea to: count 1. Jump down to child molestion /20 years probation. Count 2. Disposition in juvenline court. To serve 60 in juvenline. What can help in this case. Because i have to register a sex offender. in it was stressful for me. In I'm disable. I came across a email with me lawyer & the DA. This what the DA EMAIL said: after going 15-11-28 and 15-11-63, I don't see any way around reindicting this case and charging him with two counts aggravated child molestion, and then transferring one of the counts pursuant to 15-11-28(b)(2)(b). I don't see anything in 15-11-63 that provides for child molestion as a designated felony unless he had already been adjudicated delinquent for felony acts on three separate occasions. Also, 15-11-28(b)(2)(b) refer to transfer at the indictment so I would not be comfortable with him simply waving indictment. I will make sure this is crazy on the next grand jury which we are most likely be if I am available in the meantime I will finalize my vision of the consent transfer order and a consentjuvenile court disposition order as soon as I get these done
None of us could even begin to comment on this case and the negotiations that went on between your attorney and the State. Perhaps you should pose your questions to your attorney. These cases are always complicated and without a review of the evidence and the record of the case I could not comment much further.
