I have social anxiety disorder. the cps is using this to put me through medical evaluations and mental health courses and a parent/child class. My public defender treated me like just another case load. I felt like he thought of me as the bad person. I'm working with different groups to help my son deal with his speech delay. I've never abused or neglected him. What can I do to help fulfill my court order and keep my child? What is the best course of action, when dealing with the CPS on this issue? Does anyone know what Benton County CPS track record is for keeping a child in the home? This causes a lot of emotional stress for me. Please help me. Can I get an advocate to help me with my case? Where do I find one?
