A friend is being charged with F3 failure to comply and fleeing and eluding. Up til the final day of pre trial his lawyer has said he wasn't worried because "they didn't have anything". Show up to court and all the sudden there is a video and he's advised to take a plea deal of 1 year prison 3 years on paper. If he doesn't he will likely get 3 yrs prison. How can we go about seeing this apparent incriminating video
