I was attacked by an individual three months ago and sustained a head injury for which I incurred substantial hospital bills. This individual was later arrested for battery against me. I received a copy of the police report from the responding agency via FOIA request but only the person's name is visible and the rest of their information has been blacked out. How would I go about finding this person's information and further how do I seek information regarding the criminal case proceedings?
Go talk to the victim/witness coordinator at the SAO. Heck, if all else fails, just go to the Clerk’s office and look at his address on his bond.
