I’m a single mother with a two year old daughter the father has been denying he’s the father and won’t take the dna test
The only way to force him to take a DNA test is to file a paternity/child support case. In that case the judge can/will order him to submit to DNA testing. You can go to your local child support office or you can retain a private lawyer to file that action for you.
I agree with my colleague. The only way you can force him to do so is through legal means. You may want to consult with an attorney who can help you with the proper course of action.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not. What determines Avvo Rating?Experience & background
