I did 15 years in prison and now I'm on probation and Imet a woman from the Philippines and we want to get married we submitted a k1 fiance visa but they require us to have an in-person meeting unless it will create an undue hardship. I've asked my probation officer to write me a letter that I may submit showing that the in-person meeting will create an undue hardship because it would end me back up in prison but they will not help me
