When I was 16 the state of kentucky put a no contact order on me and a man from wi. I turn 18 in 7 months and want that no contact order dropped. What steps do I need to take to make that happen?
Once you turn 18, you can file a motion in the same court the no contact order was issued. It is up to the judge but, as long as nothing has happened between the two of you, the judge will probably agree to release the restriction.
