My ex owes me money from our divorce agreement. He has moved to Italy and is refusing to pay, claiming I have not given him valid information about his debts relative to our daughter. Will the court cancel his passport and force him to move back here and do the right thing? Do I have to go there and take him to court? What can I do?
Sounds like a very difficult situation. The court will not cancel his passport and force him to move back here. You could get a judgment and enforce it against any assets he has here. These are just general statements. Discuss your case with your attorney. Good luck.
