my divorce was final in 2017 I got custody he got time in a detailed visitation agreement . in 2018 I gave him custody due to health issues I was having. the courts put no restrictions on my time with her it was completely mutual, when asked how we wanted to do visitation with my daughter and we stated to just figure it out as we go due to my health issues. at that point my ex put regulations on when and how I can see her and also not allowing me to see her if my fiancé of 3.5 years was around. he insists to be present if I want to see her and does not let me keep her over night or on my own. in the new custody agreement it says clearly that all other rulings are still in effect if not changed in the new agreement. idk what todo or how to get time with my daughter.
You need to consult with a lawyer to have your existing Orders reviewed to go over your rights and responsibilities. You may have to file a Motion with the Court to Modify the Parenting Time and obtain an Order with fixed visitation.
