I bought a car and no front bracket ? Since I did not have a front bracket the dealership put both plates on back of car. Got a ticket. I paid it. Then realized that both plates on back took the one and put in window shilled until I can buy and have bracket put on. What can I do?
You should get the front license plate installed, take a picture and bring it to court. It is possible that the prosecutor may dismiss the ticket.

In Illinois any vehicle must have both front and back plate per its rules. I do not believe you would be able to dismiss that citation of a vehicle equipment violation per se.
