I hit the back of another car with my boyfriend's second vehicle which I am not insured under and I also have a suspended license I drove away and hid the car behind our house the person I hate got the tags and we're able to get ahold of his insurance company they sent a letter in the mail saying the people put a claim on what happened, will i be arrested or can i just pay for the other vehicle to be fixed
We cannot say if anyone will report you to the police for hit and run, but yes, your first course will be to have to pay for what you did. Understand this will be very expensive for you and your boyfriend.
No one can predict what will happen. Paying for the damages and hiring a criminal defense attorney is your best set of options.
