he is very abusive, a druggie. i dont want that at my house. he says he loves me but i know its not true. I have asked him many times to leave but he wont. he keeps saying oh well lets make it work. he is completely stressing me out. I dont even feel like i have a home. he is very violent as well. He doesnt contribute to the mortgage. maybe 100 a month if that. he was fired from his job and still wont try to find him. how do i deal with this to get him out as soon as possible? i live in washington State. i am just completely done with this.
This is not an eviction question, it is a DV question. You deal with this by going to the county superior courthouse and finding the Domestic Violence facilitator's office and telling them the same thing you said here. You do not have to be scared in your own home and the Court has a very effective way to end this so long as you follow the rules.
Hope this helps. Elizabeth Powell
