How do I get my daughter out of jail after she's been arrested for domestic disturbance

It's better to spend your money on a lawyer than a ball bond. The lawyer can negotiate with the DA and maximize her chances of getting released on her own recognizance.

I agree with Mr. Finnecy. She may released on her own recognizance, her bail may be lowered or no charges may be filed at all. If necessary, you can always baii her out later but don't be tempted to bail her out now, even if she begs you. If you bail her out and the charges are dropped, you are still responsible for paying the bail, especially if she does not make payments. And two days in jail are not going to kill her. She can even make friends with some of my clients.
Unless you have plenty of money or she'll be missing work at a good job, wait. There's a chance no charges will be filed and if they are she might be released without bail.
