My PO told me I can leave for work for a Max of 14 days at a time and no more then 45 calendar days in a year and my job that I've had for 3yrs is out of state and the way I take it I'm supposed to quit my job? So she's happy
Probation Rules are set in granite. The only way to extend the number of days you're allowed to work outside the State of Minnesota is to file a motion for review of your probation and ask the judge to grant the condition. Be prepared to argue to the judge why this would be "fair" and how you would be accountable for probation even when out of state. it would be up to the judge to grant or reject your motion. You can file the motion by yourself, but an attorney is always the best way to go.
