You must be 16 when you apply in the state district court. 1000 New York Ave # 208 Alamogordo, NM 88310 (575) 437-7310. They may be able to give you a form or you will have to file the Petition for Declaration of Emancipation yourself. Both of your parents will be given notice and have the right to contest. It is up to the judge to decide whether you are financially able to care for yourself.
32A-21-4. Emancipation by declaration.
Any person sixteen years of age or older may be declared an emancipated minor for one or more of the purposes enumerated in the Emancipation of Minors Act [32A-21-1 NMSA 1978] if she is willingly living separate and apart from her parents, guardian or custodian, is managing her own financial affairs and the court finds it in the minor's best interest
If you can't manage all of this, my recommendation would be to gut it out these last two years. That's what most teenagers do. Get a trade or education so you can get a job and fend for yourself as soon as possible.
