my bag was lost under the bus when i had reached my destination i filled out a claim with the office in witch i had arrived in and then they had faxed a copy to there corprate office they said for me to wait a mounth and i will recieve a letter in the mail and they have three months to find my bag or they would reinburse me it has been over three months i have faxed the document twice and got a printed prof that both faxes were sucessful and yet they tell me they have recieved nothing i tryed waiting and staying calm but as i fill i have waited long enough i demand them to reinburse me i have been in sparks nv for about three and a half months now the first month i had no job and had to deal with just the pair of shorts and one shirt i had while it was snowing untill i had got a job
You can sue them at their headquarters or name them c/o their depot if they have one. See which the small claims court prefers.
