How do I get a post felony conviction removed?

What Mr. Feitelson said, or you request clemency from the governor. Something tells me you leave a few details out of the facts underlying the charge, too. This would be the first instance of getting a felony for riding a bicycle and asking someone to move that I've heard of.

You’ll need to convince your local legislator to present a bill in the Iowa Senate or House, have that bill approved by both chambers of the legislature and then signed by the governor. Once all of that happens, you can have a prior felony conviction removed.
