My brother was murderd a murder suiside. Sorry spelling. But anyway the investigation is over all the reports are in and the police say I do not have the right to get this report.
The situation was the guy that killed my brother was intoxicated video shows him at bar prior and I want to know the bac on him.

Unfortunately, Mr. Crawford may be correct. If the police will not release the information to you, then you may need to file suit. Talk to a lawyer. If it can be proven that a bar served alcohol a visibly intoxicated man who murdered your brother then they may be liable.
