My OPA attorney has not returned a single call. I have tried for 2 months to speak to her but she never answers the phone and never returns a call even before a case. Further her staff is terrible also. Im terrified of the false allegations im accused of and this attorney isn't helping at all!
You can request a representation hearing or call OPA's admin office and ask for a new assignment. However, there is no guarantee the next lawyer assigned to your case will be any better. Also, there is no guarantee you will even get assigned a new lawyer. Two months may feel like a long time to you, but it isn't very long for a lawyer to get back to your case. Often lawyers prioritize folks who are detained.
