I have filed a complaint with the EEOC for wrongful termination discrimination I am also involved with unemployment dealings I have called every unemployment labor employment lawyer discrimination lawyer in my town and I can't even get anyone to call me back how do I get someone to call me back, I talk to many secretaries and people who said that they just wouldn't be interested in my case I understand that I'm one person and the entity that I am dealing with is very big and very well-known I don't know if that is deterring them or what it is but I really need some help
The key question (and perhaps reason why you're not being called back) is what issue you complained about, if any, prior to being terminated. The answer will determine whether you have a valid case. Just because you were fired, in your eyes unfairly, doesn't mean that you have a legitimate case. Contact an attorney outside your city to discuss. Many TX lawyers are able to assist you, even if they don't live in Lubbock.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not. What determines Avvo Rating?Experience & background
