The Guardian has been neglecting and abandoned Mom so she wants her removed. However she also lied in court and somehow got other's to say they witnessed something that I never did. I doubt I would be appointed as Guardian without going through a lot of expense to prove my innocence.
You need to file a Petition to Remove Guardian. The probate court that issued the Letters of Guardianship will be the court that hears the petition to remove the guardian. That court has the proper form for you to complete. You do not need a lawyer to file the petition although the legal requirements for removing a guardian are high and you would be well served getting a lawyer to assist you with the matter.
