If you are an adult, you need to file for and Adult Abuse Order of Protection at the courthouse in the county where you reside. If you are a minor, a parent will have to file (on your behalf) for a Child Order of Protection.

You can file for a protective order. Call your county’s prosecutor’s office or victim assistance office and they can likely assist you. I would also suggest reporting these threats to the police.
