I have a burglary of a vehicle charge when my fingerprints are ran.. but i cant find out how the charge originated from. And some how that 1 count got copied and 1 charge turned into 4 counts.. is this even legal?
YOUR BEST BET IS TO HIRE A LAWYER, or ask the lawyer representing you, for that information contained within the discovery packet from the State because the State will not release its discovery to defendants. Good luck.
