Not sure whay you mean about physical andmental duscrimination. Discrimiation normally when you somone is not treated equally under the law... I would contact the mississipi bar, they can provide names of civil rights attorneys in your area.

Check with your state bar association. You should check out the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) as well.
And keep calling around, as it is often difficult to find someone to sue the feds. The rules are somewhat different and many attys will not practice against the feds.
