I'm in a 3 member LLC, 2 members do not adhere to the Operating Agreement clauses. They withhold information and expect me to accept any figures they put in front of me. I am a 70-year-old handicapped person. This contract is creating a lot of undue frustration and mental stress. I want to get out of this LLC.
Business lawyers do not ordinarily take corporate cases on a pro bono basis. You may find someone who will provide flat fee services. The operating agreement may have an attorney's fee clause and you could sue and get fees covered.

The Operating Agreement should have a provision for you leaving the LLC. From the sounds of it, they would welcome that. Demand an outside, independent party do the valuation of each unit of the LLC.
If there is elder abuse, you may file a complaint with DSHS. They do a great timely job investigating the complaint. Good luck.
I agree with the thoughtful responses of Attorneys Gates and Alexander. While business disputes are not pro bono cases, if this can be resolved short of litigation, you might find a local business lawyer who would accept a modest flat fee to negotiate your exit from the company, in accordance with the operating agreement. I would at least consult with a local lawyer after careful vetting beforehand. The operating agreement might contain potential solutions to this situation that could help you avoid litigation. I hope this situation can be resolved fairly soon; may 2019 start on a better note for you, physically, mentally, financially and otherwise. Best regards.
