I got a permission to stay and I live and work here. I also don't know what address I will live at later so I can't put anything in the beneficiarys address which she intends to stay. This is the only speed bump I'm on. Also with the job situation. How can I explain to the embassy in Naples that I already have a job as soon as I return back to California?
You may have to clarify this post with better facts. It was miscategorized as divorce but appears to be immigration. I will change the category.
You need to talk to an immigration attorney on this. But just explain to the embassy as to what your situation is. Honesty is the best policy. They can then guide you.
