My ex wife has just filed for guardianship for my 18 year old son. He is autistic, fairly non verbal and has some intellectual delays. He recently had four seizures and was briefly hospitalized but now is back to school with no problems. She is claiming that he needs to rest and that speaking with me and seeing me excites him so she wants no phone or in person contact for at least a month or longer until she feels he is back to his normal self. She also does not want my parents to contact him for the same reason. She suggests iPad only as communication. I have had every other weekend overnights and twice weekly dinner nights for three years without problems. My son looks forward to our time together and our phone calls. I feel he is being taken advantage of and does not understand the situation,. Advice please.
