A co-worker was removed from employment because they threatened me with a knife in the workplace. In the year following, my supervisor has treated me different. They demoted me within 2 months, enticed me to accept a different position with no increase and pay and with broken promises. I feel as though I have be retaliated against.
From what you described, there does not appear to be grounds for a retaliation claim. You have the right to complain regarding workplace concerns where there is unlawful discrimination (ex: race, gender, religion, etc.) or if the complaint is based on a whistleblower statute enabling you to complain free of retaliation. I am not aware of a crime victim protection statute.
As for "broken promises," unless you formed a contract with your employer, your employer has the right to take the actions you mentioned. You may want to consider consulting with a local employment law attorney to fully assess what promises were broken in case it may constitute a contract, but you should reasonably expect that from what you posted, you probably do not have any kind of claim.

And Anat will employment situation, and employer may fire and employee for any reason at all or no reason at all absent union protection, a written contract, or illegal discrimination against a protected class of persons. Since nothing you mentioned here put you in a discriminating class of protected persons, it does not appear you have any real practical options and your employer is free to move you around, entice you, demote you or fire you as they see fit.
