How do I beat these charges I have been charged with 3 counts of trafficking stolen property class 2 felony and 14 counts of organized retail theft these charges have been dropped twice and then brought back now I'm about to go to trial I have not seen the evidence against me only here say what should I do

I concur with the advice given above. Depending on how close to trial you now are, you may be limited in ability to file Pretrial motions or even to get a new lawyer on the case if they won’t be able to get a continuance of the trial.
