My wife who I have been separated from since December 2012, had a cps case on her. She moved around constantly and I could not find her to see my kids. She signed her parental rights away voluntarily, I didn't know until March of 2013 that my boys where in cps care. They said that they could not find me but my wife had my number all the time. How can I go about appealing this case or can I have a new trial. It was in Montgomery county and I was trying to get it in Harris County.
