The salesman knew we were in a hurry to get to an excursion and used it to his advantage. He misrepresented things that we later read in the contract and did not tell us many things that were. We also signed a paper stating that they would put $5,000 in our online "club account" within 3-5 days of receiving our Enrollment Application Form. We still have not seen that $5,000 show up and have been keeping copies of those accounts. Are these sufficient grounds to terminate the contract? Thank you for your thoughts!
