My ex wife kicked me out moved out of state tried to hurry up and sell the property to hurt me before our divorce but found it easier to just get someone to assume the mortgage and transfer interest through a quit claim deed. But the divorce came into play and the real estate broker knew there was a divorce pending so he held off on processing the sale. But as soon as the divorce was finalized he pushed the paperwork through but at that time the judge awarded me the property. And the mortgage broker knew this. Now someone is living in my house and thinking they own it and demanding rent from my tenant. Who went to the town clerks office and assessors office to see who actually owns the property and my name is on the property. Even though the other person owned it for a few days according to records but as soon as the assessor realized mines and there paperwork she put mine in the system because it was a court order and the order date was before the other persons recorded quitclaim deed. Is their deed still valid? And what do I have to do to get these fake owners out my children’s house.?Because that’s who I bought this house for
