I just got pulled over for my tint and I don’t want to remove it, is there any way I could do that?
If your tint is darker than allowed by California law, and you do not fix it, then you can be cited again if you are caught. Obviously you do not have to remove it but that will open you up to other citations in the future. Also you will have to pay the whole fine if you decide not to fix your tint. I suggest that you fix it and get it signed off by a peace officer so that you are not pulled over in the future and may get a reduction in fine.
