I filed chapter 7 March 10 but since then I have sold my house in Tennessee which will enable me to pay off all debt however the trustee is delaying me and trying to stop me from selling my property and paying off all the debt. I have not been to court as of yet and I was advised if I paid off all debt prior to court bankruptcy would be dismissed so my question is how do I get the bankruptcy dismissed because the trustee is now trying to prevent the sale of my home

This is merely suggestions for you to think about in discussing your situation with the local attorney.
