I am 17 going to be 18 in June and currently about to be 4 months pregnant I no longer live with the father due to some issues with his older sister. He is 17 and is trying to get emancipated so he can be up here with me and his baby. We are both still in school and we both have jobs. We just want a way to get out of this situation we are in and we know that marriage is fast emancipation and we are having a child together and have been together for some time.
In order to get married before you both turn 18, you will need a court order authorizing the County Clerk to issue a marriage license to the party/parties who are not yet 18.
