I am a U.S. citizen. My wife came here in 2002 without inspection and we married in 2003. I petitioned for her in 2014 and was approved then I applied for the hardship waiver and it was approved. She just returned from her interview at the embassy in El Salvador and now has her immigrant visa. She has 2 children, one is 30 unmarried with a 2 year child and the second is 33 married with a 4 year old child. Is it a difficult process to bring them both here? Will one be more difficult than the other? Will we need an attorney? Which forms will we need? Than you in advance for any assistance.
She can apply for her adult children but it will take a while. You might want to hire an attorney to make sure that everything is done correctly. Your wife can become a citizen in 3 years, this might speed up the process of getting green cards for her adult children.

This is a very lengthy process. It would be wise to discuss with an immigration attorney to avoid errors with the documentation, also to determine the best strategy for filing. I wish you success with this endeavor.
