My son is being treated unfairly and discriminated aginst. He has had his job taken away and given to another inmate and someone hung a noose in or around his work place. Some officers tried to get him to sign a paper stating he would not try to prosecute them

He can consult with a civil rights attorney to see if he has a claim. If an attorney agrees to take the case, it will be on a contingency basis which means the attorney only gets paid if he wins. Claims against the US government are very difficult to win.
