My current boyfriend ex-wife calls me all hours of the night, sends me emails under anonymous emails I have made police reports in my state and have tried to make them in her state but was told that I had to make them in my state. They have told me that their is nothing that can be done but it's documentation in case she comes to my state, one officer even called her however it still has not stopped. We were recently in Minnesota where she lives and I am scheduled to move she showed up at his place of employment and the police has to be called because of the stalking and threats made, she also threaten to destroy his home and the police has to be called in that county as well, she always make threats against me and want to do bodily harm to me . I just received two other emails on 2/5 and 2/6/2018 I have asked this woman to stop and leave me alone we both have a child each and it is really becoming a real problem for me. Thank you in advance for any advise.
You could apply for a Civil Harassment Restraining Order. You could also change your email and phone number. Or simply ignore her.

You need to get a restraining order against her in the state where SHE lives and where you live. If you are moving to MN and that is also where she lives, get a TRO there immediately. You have more than sufficient grounds. I also think you could get criminal orders but that requires the police see a need for that, so keep making police reports (again, where she lives) and eventually they might arrest her. Be sure and tell the police about the threats of harm to you specifically, this is illegal. You should never respond to her or acknowledge her in any way whatsoever, even to tell her to stop, as this is likely just provoking her further. She's doing this for the reaction, so you can take that away from her immediately. But follow through with the TRO and police reports in MN as well.

The possibility of doing a Request For Civil Harassment Restraining Order(s) against your man's ex wife is definitely on the table, depending on if proper jurisdiction and proper venue can be established.
