I had a loan for about 10 years, now financially its getting hard to pay now. I let the personal loan staff know this numerous times, but they say its not there problems and has hung up on me numerous times. I'm trying to pay them something, but they say that they don't except partial payments. Etc.
If it's getting hard to pay on the loan, and they aren't willing to work with you, you might consider the Federal law protections that bankruptcy has to offer. It would likely wipe out your personal loan completely. It's always very satisfying to discharge a debt, where the other person is being unreasonable. You may want to talk to a local attorney, here in Albuquerque, who could assist you with this. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
