Hello I'm in Dallas, Texas. My situation is I want all money that is owed to my kids all at one time. He stops paying when he wants to and he has never exercised the right for visitation with the kids and now they are older/grown he needs to pay the back pay that is owed which is only fair. How Do I request back pay?
You retain private family law counsel and apply for OAG services to enforce your support orders. You can only get what the law allows based on what assets the obligor parent has, but you start by enforcing the support orders. OAG has many tools at its disposal also.
