I know a couple who is married so that the wife can help obtain a green card and work permit for the husband. Is it possible to anonymously report the sham marriage to immigration authorities? Who could I report this to?
I'm very sorry but your question wound up in the credit card fraud category but it seems like more of an immigration question. I'll try and switch it over and hopefully you get some good responses!
