How can I receive spousal support if my husband quit his job?
I believe my husband quit his job several months ago in order to avoid having to pay me spousal support. He'd been working for over a year at this same job prior. He had repeatedly said he "cant get a job" until he divorces me and now I understand what that meant. He has initiated a no fault divorce and I would like to contest to demand support. Can I realistically win support if he has no job?

You may be able to. You will have to prove that he quit his job and that he has an income earning ability that would require that he pay spousal maintenance. I would recommend that you consult with a local attorney so you can determine all of your rights and responsibilities.
