I am working in USA on H1-B VISA I-140 approved, a widower with 4 year old son (My son is US citizen). My father-in-law (a widower too, Indian citizen) wants to purchase a property(land) by selling his wife's house in India. He has two daughters eldest one was my wife who is expired now, and his younger one lives in Australia. What is the best option that my son in this case? Should my son wait until he becomes major to acquire this property (or) Is the current current property transaction buying land (new property) should be done as gift deed for him such that it can be utilized for him.
Please provide me response considering my son as U.S Citizen and his future. Thanks in advance.
