I have a warrant for my arrest for misconduct with a firearm and i am turning myself in soon. I got the affidavit online just to check it out. It says that I admitted to smoking marijuana. Also, it states that I was read my Miranda Rights prior to being interviewed. However, neither of these things are true. How can me and my public defender prove that this is not true?
Your attorney ask if there is any video of where these events supposedly took place. The office might have a dash or body camera. If this supposedly happened at the police station, there might be a video.
