i used my boyfriends credit card after he went to prison. he told the company i didnt have permission. but he gave me all the information that went with it and said if i needed to i could use it. well i did but it got out of hand. after i told him he wrote a letter to the company. i have tried every way possible to pay this debt. they are my charges and i want to pay them. it is now in collections. of course no one will give me any info because im not on the card. so i admit its my problem but i cant pay it back. how can i do so
That's an interesting situation. I don't see why you cannot pay him and have payment made through him to the credit card company, unless being locked up prevents that.
