I was born I a car &raised in LA I don't have hospital records no social no birth cert. My mother has passed and I don't know who my father is. I don't have any immediate family.
I think there are ways to get someone to vouch for you --but there are times there is no apparent solution.

Your first step is to read the attached pamphlet published by the California Department of Public Health. It does a good job of walking you through the process. You'll have to get the ball rolling by going down to Superior Court and getting a court order. Then you take that order and send it to Sacramento to get your birth certificate. Good luck!
I seem to recall meeting with a prisoner who showed me Probate Court paperwork to establish such. But, any such remedy requires evidence. How and where were you delivered and with what witness(es)?
