How can i object a petition (Violation of Support Order) filed by my son's mother?
-How can i object the claim filed by her?
-What is the name of the form to file the objection?... Is it motion to dismiss (Violation of Support Order)
Or do I wait for the day of the hearing and tell the judge I wish to move forward and Vacate the Violation and prove why I object the claim? (With all pay stubs showing the current garnishments)

A violation petition was filed against you alleging your are in violation of the current support order, which was done one day before a wage garnishment took place. Sometimes the employer does not send the proper amount timely, and sometimes the violation took place well before the wage deduction order took effect. You can bring documentation with you to court, but should see an attorney first. If you are scheduled for a willfulness hearing, you may face an incarceration penalty. Accordingly, this is not the time to be casual about court. Go see an attorney and be prepared. Good luck.
Responsive papers need not be filed in Family Court.
Simply bring proof of payment.
You can submit reply papers to the petition and if you want, file a cross petition.
