I have $33000 sport car. Ive lost control of my car wrecked the real end.
I have full coverage and It's getting fix at the shop.
But it has been over 3 month and everytime shop owner tells me my car is but I found scratch on new paints , bumper doesn't fit, gap between parts and I just found out that the shop owner was taking my car out for joy ride (60miles) car ended up at dealer due to check engine light. I asked by insurance if I could move my car to different shop and they r telling me they can't help me nd its not their recommended shop. I'm pretty sure car has frame damage causing gaps between parts. Car is getting repair for 3rd time and it has been 3 month with out my car.. help!!!!I also suspect my insurance and body shop is trying to cover up some damaged part or flame under bumper.

I agree with Mr. Kelly and you can have the car inspected after the repairs by a qualified inspector I strongly recommend Stroud's Auto Rebuild in Tacoma. Mike Harber is the owner and this is the guy I would go to for an after repair inspection.
